If your product is damaged during shipping, or you received defective or incorrect product, return them for a full refund, minus shipping and handling (Note: Return Merchandise Authorization Number required). Returned products cannot be damaged or be missing parts or documentation.

1. Call toll free 1-800-203-8454 or email info@plowexperts.com to receive an official Return Merchandise Authorization number.
2. Place your name, original order number and Return Merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the package.
3. Insure the package with your shipping company for your protection.
